ABIS, Inc. is a full service direct mail production services supplier serving medium to large volume direct mail users. Our clients are throughout the Eastern United States and include advertising agencies, associations, insurance companies, and non-profit organizations.

We are currently seeking an experienced manager to supervise our night shift.
This individual is responsible for all activities related to a Direct Mail Lettershop facility.

• Daily functions include; execute the daily schedule, deploy operators to machines, ensure all production is meeting or exceeding our QC standards, and problem solving.
• Identify areas of improvements in the following areas:
  • Productivity
  • Best Practices
  • Job Throughput
• Understand the complexity of the job and the skill level of the operators;
  the supervisor needs to match the right operator for a job.
• A basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and/or TOC
  is desirable.
• Personnel involvement on an “needs” basis
