ABIS, Inc. – in Owings Mills, MD, is seeking an Account Manager/Customer Service Manager to join our team. The qualified candidate will manage the relationship of assigned customers; and all internal and external project-related processes including:

• production management of direct mail production services
• printing
• data processing
• mailing services

• A minimum of 3 years experience in Direct Mail account management
• The individual we are seeking must be self-motivated, creative, and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required; the ability to facilitate the various services we provide to our customers is essential.
