At ABIS, we understand the importance of your data's integrity. We use USPS compliant software in addition to several proprietary applications. Our data processing department is staffed with skilled programmers who have extensive experience in direct mail marketing.

  • Data Conversion and File Maintenance
    Maximize the effect of your mailing by enhancing your data with upper/lower casing, custom salutations, gendering, Nth selects and appends.
  • NCOA with Nixie Option
    National Change of Address (NCOA) identifies consumers and businesses that have moved. This
    process allows you to update your databases with current mailing addresses. The nixie option will identify addresses that may no longer be deliverable.
  • Postal Presort and CASS Certification
    Postal Presorting creates the barcode for automation discounts and appends the zip+4.
  • Merge/Purge
    Combines multiple databases and removes duplicates. The end result is an efficiently database.
  • LACS – Locatable Address Conversion System
    Locatable Address Conversion System (LACS) identifies and corrects addresses that have been changed from rural route box numbers to city-style addresses. These old and invalid addresses will be converted to street and number addresses that will improve the deliverability of your mailing
  • DSF – Delivery Sequence File
    DSF is compiled by the U.S. Post Office. This database includes 140 million mailable address points across the United States. DSF will help your mailings qualify for postal discounts by assigning zip+4 and carrier route codes in addition to standardizing addresses, and sorting files according to walk sequence.
  • Profile Analysis
    This analysis will uncover specific characteristics unique to your customers and measure your level of market penetration. This affords you an opportunity to better understand your customers and, in turn, find more like them.
  • List Enhancement
    Add information to your database that will give you valuable knowledge for identifying new sales
    opportunities.
  • Performance Modeling
    Creates a predictive model specifically based on responses from one of your recent direct marketing campaigns. These effective models will help you to predict performance from future campaigns, forecast revenue, and conduct more effective promotions overall.
  • Suppression
    ABIS compares your in-house database of customers with our Prospect database and removes any matching records. This will help you to avoid sending marketing pieces to existing customers.
