Owings Mills, MD – ABIS, Inc. (www.abis.com) a leading national full service direct mail production company, announces the addition of Ms. Kelley Kutcher, a highly experienced veteran of the direct mail industry, as the Director of Client Services. Ms. Kutcher will be responsible for overseeing the daily demands of the account management, purchasing and data processing departments as well as providing her expertise in training and giving direction to these departments.

Prior to joining ABIS, Ms. Kutcher served as Director of Account Services for USA Direct, Inc. (now Vertis Communications). Here responsibilities within the USAD/Vertis team primarily included handling the company’s wide range of non-profit, banking and retail/for-profit accounts, and the development of strong training programs. Her coordination of department hiring and training benefited the company by doubling the size of the department before she moved on.
